Louis has spent the past twenty years in various operating, consulting, and M&A advisory roles for middle market companies.
Before Grage, Louis stepped in as President of Hobbico, a distressed $250M consumer products company that he led through to a strategic sale. Louis was also a Senior Principal at The Keystone Group, a consulting firm with M&A, Strategy and Turnaround advisory services. Louis is an award winner of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) National Turnaround of the Year and the M&A Advisor 40 Under 40.
Louis holds a BS in Finance from The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Louis an Ambassadors Circle member of Books for Africa and has sent over 100,000 books to students in need across Kenya and Tanzania.

David is a global leader with a proven history of successful business and cultural transformations, achieving significant improvements in revenue, market share, earnings, and return on capital. Strong foundation in finance, P&L leadership, strategy and M&A.
David has had diverse functional roles, including as a P&L owner leading businesses with between $150M and $700M in revenue in industrial, service, and technology industries. He has been a CFO leading high-growth companies as well as >$15B groups. He has also served as a strategist and investor – leading Corporate Development and strategy for two Fortune 500 companies. Finally, David has been a private equity investor and an advisor performing strategy consulting.
David’s career has included time at The Boston Consulting Group, Dover Corporation, and Caterpillar.
During those experiences David had the chance to invest in over 30 companies, the vast majority of which were small, and family held.
David holds a BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
